Shalini Thukral established Locus in early 1999. She is responsible for defining the company strategy, growth and development of its business. Under her leadership Locus has become the preferred partner for several clients and is a key player in the recruitment business. Prior to Locus, Shalini has had 15 years of experience in the banking industry. She has worked with multinational banks such as Bank of America and Standard Chartered Bank with extensive exposure to Operations, Customer Service and Sales. A peoples person and an avid listener, Shalini is passionate about career counseling, constantly trying to understand the human psyche and offer solutions.

C.M.Sharma, a graduate from St. Stephen's College and a Post Graduate from the Delhi School of Economics, has over 25 years of experience in the consultancy business. His area of expertise lies in sectors such as aviation, marine, telecommunications, broadcasting, to name a few. A large number of multinational organizations have retained his services to successfully market their products in India. Prior to venturing on his own in the consulting business, he had worked for IBM for nearly a decade.

Pushpa Sharma has been instrumental in developing the work-flow process and quality initiatives at Locus Enterprises. Having worked with the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi for over two decades, Pushpa brings to the table a rich experience in wholesale banking operations and customer service. After leaving the banking sector, she was associated with the Insurance industry for three years. A lady of diverse interests, in her free time Pushpa volunteers for NGOs for underprivileged children and women.
